Ms. Pham Thi My Le is a founding partner and chairwoman of Nu Advisory Ltd., a corporate finance advisory firm providing cross border M&A services for companies within Southeast Asia that are founded and operated by women.

Le has been a pioneering force in the business community in Vietnam for the past twenty years. She founded and has served as its chairwoman Le & Associates, Jsc. (L & A), a human resource total solution company that has grown from 5 to 9,000 employees in 15 years. Earlier in 2016 Le & Associates expanded strategic services to Japanese clients operating in Viet Nam and in Japan via a minority investment by Dream Incubator, Inc. (DI) – a Japanese consulting and investment company.

Nu Advisory was borne out of her idea to partner with highly experienced international strategic and financial consultants – Messeurs Matthew White and Chuong Tran – to help her unleash the great potential of the women-led businesses, through visionary strategic planning exercise and tapping into the global financial resources to advance the missions of local businesses. She desires to impart on her fellow business women her hard – learned lessons and experience of building a successful business and leveraging the resources and competencies of DI as a strategic partner to grow to new height and promoting Vietnamese brand values to the world. She co-founded and has served as Vice President responsible for external affairs of Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) with 180 individual and collective members since 2015; Initiator and Mentor in SME Mentoring Program for 150 start-ups in Vietnam since 2012. Previously, she co-founded and served as Vice Chair of 2030 Businessmen Club – Saigon Times Group of 250 business and executive members from 2003-2010 and also Vice Chair of the Young Business Association of Ho Chi Minh City (YBA) with 800 business members from 2006 till 2011.

Le was a valedictorian graduate of Hue University Pedagogy School (1994). She also earned a B.A. in Business from HCMC Open University (1997). She was selected to represent Vietnam in the Program of Woman Leadership Mentoring, in 2007, by the U.S. States Department in Washington, D.C.
